Departure: Begin with a private pickup from your hotel, apartment or other place you choose (like: airport or train station) in Krakow. 2. Journey: Travel to Auschwitz-Birkenau in a private luxury car only at your disposal (60 km, approximately 1.5 hours drive). Along the way, you will prepare for this difficult visit, gathering knowledge about World War II and the place. Your driver is also an experienced, caring and passionate local guide, so you'll be in good hands. 3. Visit at Auschwitz Upon arrival, we'll take you to the main building of the Museum, where after a mandatory inspection (similar to the one at the airport) you'll meet your guide and join to group tour. At this point, we will separate ourselves for about 3.5 hours and you will be under the care of the official educator from the Museum. With a guide at your side, you will visit Auschwitz I – which is a Museum now and Auschwitz II - Birkenau - death camp. Distance between both places is about 3 km. There is internal bus which takes all your group with a guide from Auschwitz to Birkenau. When you finish you'll back with the same bus, where your driver will wait for you. It is also possible to be taken there by your driver. 5. Back to Krakow When you'll be ready your driver will take you back to Krakow to your accommodation place or other place you choose.
